Matt Lopez
Matt Lopez currently leads the global compensation team at Workday. Matt has spent his entire career in the compensation space and has had the opportunity to work across all areas of the field, working both in-house and as a consultant. Prior to joining Workday in January 2023, he led the global compensation programs team at Apple Inc. for 9 years providing support across all lines of business. Matt joined Apple through the Beats by Dr. Dre acquisition where he was the head of compensation and benefits. Matt discovered his passion for compensation at Aon/Radford where he was a consult for over 8 years.
Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cal State University, Hayward in Business Administration with a minor in Mathematics and an MBA from University of California, Berkeley.
