Emily Francis

Emily Francis leads Executive and Equity Compensation at Databricks. She has over a decade of global compensation program design experience and has lived and worked in the US, EMEA, and APAC. Prior to joining Databricks, Emily led Total Rewards at Canva and worked at both Facebook and Willis Towers Watson. Outside of work, you can find Emily playing duplicate bridge or on a walk with her sausage dog, Leo.
