
Ben Carter
Ben Carter is the Senior Vice President of Business Partners and Rewards at Workday. He is responsible for all aspects of Total Rewards, including compensation, benefits, and global wellbeing, as well as the HR Business Partner and Organizational Effectiveness functions. Carter partners with the People and Purpose Leadership Team to help define the people strategy for the company and manages the relationship with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
Carter joined Workday in January of 2020. Prior to Workday, he was the Vice President ofCompensation and Benefits at Texas Instruments, where he worked for 20 years. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
